Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: Fishtail Aquatics strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Shipping Charges: The shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the package, and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

  3. Delivery Time: The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the customer's location. Standard ground shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond Fishtail Aquatics' control.

  4. International Shipping: Fishtail Aquatics offers international shipping to most countries. International customers should check the available shipping options during the checkout process and note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility: Fishtail Aquatics wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return the item(s) subject to the following conditions:

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

    • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

    • Livestock and perishable items are generally not eligible for return, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Contact Fishtail Aquatics' customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and provide them with the necessary details.

    • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Fishtail Aquatics (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  3. Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, Fishtail Aquatics will process the refund or exchange as follows:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

    • Exchanges may be offered if the requested replacement item(s) are in stock. If the item(s) is out of stock, a refund or alternative solution may be provided.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are typically non-returnable:

    • Livestock and perishable items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

    • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition and packaging.

    • Clearance or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
